We provide an elevated fine dining experience in a relaxed resort environment.
Our resort features several concepted restaurants, premier event space all with a view of the ocean.
The CDC will oversee a fast pace 160 seat main kitchen, in-room dining, plus seasonal alfresco patio operation.
The Resort Chef de Cuisine will interact with Resort Exec Chef, Exec Sous, Banquet Chef, Sous Chefs, Exec Pastry Chef, and a full team of culinarians, stewards, and purchasing/storeroom.
Job Essentials Deliver high-quality from scratch food with great taste and creative presentations.
Be a coach and mentor the team.
Recipes, training, and rollout.
Administrative tasks:
inventories, production sheets, working w/ purchasing manager.
Manage cost:
labor, food and controllable.
Highly involved in the operation, set standards, train, set the pace.
